Lead by our Safety Director, our Safety Council is comprised of employees from each division. Via monthly meetings, they work together to hold our safety standard high.

At the start of each day, the foreman leads a Toolbox Talk with the team on rotating safety topics pertaining to the site. 

Before a job kicks off, the team completes a Job Hazard Analysis form to assess any potential dangers on site. They are completed throughout the job as necessary. 

At individual, monthly branch meetings, a specific safety topic is highlighted, discussed and practiced in a hands-on training. 

On a quarterly basis, we anonymously survey our entire team to ensure our team feels safe on the site.
