consistent safety efforts

  • Lead by our Safety Director, our Safety Council is comprised of employees from each division. Via monthly meetings, they work together to hold our safety standard high.

  • At the start of each day, the foreman leads a Toolbox Talk with the team on rotating safety topics pertaining to the site.

  • Before a job kicks off, the team completes a Job Hazard Analysis form to assess any potential dangers on site. They are completed throughout the job as necessary.

  • At individual, monthly branch meetings, a specific safety topic is highlighted, discussed and practiced in a hands-on training.

  • On a quarterly basis, we anonymously survey our entire team to ensure our team feels safe on the site.
